Celebration and Banquet Package: Helping spirits soar

Mentors Inc. has come to CEDC for several years to design materials for their Annual Graduation which honors mentors and graduating seniors. For the May 2008 graduation Mentor's Inc. wanted a different format from the past so we came up with a larger size for the program to better fit all the sponsors and advertisements and a different folding style for the invitation. The project was printed on 100# gloss cover and included a save-the-date postcard, an invitation, envelopes, a reply card, an auction card, and a program book.

Celebration and Banquet Package: The doors we open and close

Continuing in the style we had created for Mentors, Inc. starting in 2005, we developed their annual banquet/celebration package again, using different colors, a new quote, and new imagery. This year was also the 20th anniversary of the organization!

Celebration and Banquet Package: Dreams and dedication

Since it had been very well received, we continued in the format we developed last year and used a similar formula: 2 colors with a main theme and a collection of related images. This year's theme was "Dreams and Dedication."

Celebration and Banquet Package: Be the candle or the mirror

We worked with Mentors, Inc. to develop a strong visual for the various stages of collateral their annual celebration and banquet. We developed a color scheme and imagery based on the quote that was chosen for the centerpiece of the event, preparing a save the date card, an invitation, and the actual program for the event.
