Jubilee USA

Jubilee USA Network (formerly Jubilee 2000), is a grassroots organization focused on debt cancellation of the worlds poorest countries. In 2001, Jubilee changed its name to reflect the furthered purpose of Jubilee Networks now over 60 organizations across the world, to see debt cancellation through even after the "jubilee" year. Jubilee USA now has over 8000 members in the USA Network alone, and has convinced Congress to pass initial debt relief that has leveraged $34 billion in debt reduction.
