Jubilee was in the middle of a large capital campaign to begin renovating it's 7 buildings which housed hundreds of low-income families in 2006. Many of the buildings were built in the 1920s and were in desperate need of repair. In this annual report, Jubilee wanted to show how the renovations meant more than just building improvements, but also a deepening of support for the residents and community. CEDC and Jubilee came up with the idea of "Deepening and Growing… impacting lives" to reflect the outreach to business, who were helping to fund the project, and support for resident leaders who were finding their voices. The project was an 8.5x11 book, printed with 2 colors.
